I got to spend this weekend with some very special people. We hosted a shower for Melissa (and Dan), and they got a bunch of nice new stuff to use in their new home! 
Seeing our family grow has been so much fun; I love my cute little “nieces and nephews” (technically second cousins but call me Aunt Sarah) .
So many dates and deadlines are quickly (very quickly) approaching. I love the excitement but the anticipation is equally overwhelming and intimidating. Prayers are welcome!
Anyone who knows me, knows that my best friend is Katie.
Anyone who knows me well, knows that Katie and I will be apart this summer.
I’m really happy for Kate and for the good opportunity she had for the summer, but the jealous part of me wishes that we could hang out on a bunch more weeknights as well as any given weekend.
Nevertheless, Katie and I have managed to remain besties through college so I think we can make it through another summer… Especially thanks to Kate’s intentionality!
I’m trying to embrace change and take it for what it is. I’m lovin 2013, don’t get me wrong… but with all good things comes lots of change. Here’s to a bunch of NEW happening soon!
