Anybody who’s known me for more than nine months knows that I signed myself for a gym-transformation of sorts. I went from “I’m allergic to anything remotely athletic” to “#gymlyfe” in less than a year.
I get asked a lot of questions about my fitness journey, so I decided to include this part of my life on my blog.
Here’s a mini-disclaimer:
- I’m by no means an expert in health/fitness/exercise. Heck, I slid by with a C in college chemistry
and high school gym class! I’m just here to share the tips and tricks I’ve learned over the past several months.
- There are a few personal details that I won’t be publishing, but I’d be happy to answer more questions over email or a cup of coffee.
- I eat gluten-free; not because I think it’s the healthiest but because it makes ME feel my best. When I give diet tips, everything will be gluten-free.
